Overseas brokers who take U.S. clients?

Please share brokers outside U.S.A. that take accounts from U.S. residents.

If you are already in the market and have a nice profit to where you can place a profit protecting stop, then stay in when news breaks; otherwise stay out of market during major news until after news and market stabilizes.

Depends on which broker you are using. Some brokers, in order to fill your trade, take the opposite direction from you temporarily. Try using ECN broker for best results.
