Yes, while they sort things out with their "regulator." There was suppose to be a hearing in late July, but it was postponed to this month to allow FTP to negotiate deals with a (rumored fictional) investor.

Just to add clarification, you don't pay anything for limit orders, but they pay you. So commission isn't $2.95-$1.95 = $1, it's -$1.95 (negative commission as in they pay you).
