it seems to me like there is a lot of downward pressure and very little room for this thing to run on the upside... entered short at 3730. If it breaks below 3700 iim holding tell at least 3650.

Yes, there is a reason for that. At 12:49 (est), my guilt for slowing down the market for everyone hit such an unbearable point that I had to close my position for the time being.
