Honestly, using MT4, i just trust backtest that does not use the tick modeling, i just trust the EA that does use Bar Opening order, everything else is not reliable until MT4 will be recording the tick and generate the higher TF from those ticks..

I agree, most of the important broker in japan does not even offer ATS to their customers, even those using protrader, disable the automated trading....that sucks in my opinion.
