You can do it that way. The way the lines are drawn can be a bit subjective depending on the person trading them.

You need to use a fib tool, but delete all the levels except for the 50 and 70. Just like trading fibs, you need to draw from the top and bottom of a swing.

Why do people use Fibonacci in trading?

I don't think I'll ever fully understand how to trade this method. For every upwards fork that is drawn, a bearish fork can also be drawn, only to cast doubt in my mind about what I should do.
