Hi there! Are you from UK too or from outside of EU. Based on how the other brokers seem to be functioning so long as you are outside the EU and US you can still enjoy the bigger leverage.

Just got sent an email to my question regarding Dukascopy who claim to still offer 200:1 leverage to uk residents and the esma rules do not effect them. Please check the images attached.
