Should say, is the GMT time approximate - 3 PM GMT translates into 10 AM EST. The morning fix comes in at 12:30 AM where I live.

This is now a favorite fibo pivot indicator because you can easily adjust it and it is super visible on all lower time frames. Hourly through monthly. The one I used to prefer is below it.
