Elizabeth Warren proposes canceling billions in US student loan debt

U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren, who is seeking the Democratic nomination for the 2020 presidential election, wants to cancel billions of dollars in student loan debt and make college cheaper for students going forward. Warren, in a post on the website Medium, proposed canceling $50,000 in student loan debt for anyone with annual household income under $100,000, which her campaign said would amount to 42 million Americans. It would also cancel some debt for those with household incomes between $100,000 and $250,000. The best for Senator Elizabeth Warren if she's nominated for presidential candidate is that she could get 42 million votes from the slackers who believe that she will keep her promise.

The worst if she gets elected President and keeps that promise is that, as usual, we, the people, will be stuck with the bill. On the other hand, this wouldn't affect anything since this only would be added to our already un-reimbursable national debt.

Tudor are you a joker or blind? You obviously fail to see that there is no difference at all between democrats and republicans. The two parties are socialist parties. Only socialists reward banks that caused the 2008 financial crisis by bailing them out and charging the cost to the people. Only socialists cut taxes of large corporations so that they can buy back their own stocks thereby artificially increasing their value. Those tax cuts being charged to the population through large increases in the national debt. No democrat and no republican will stop their socialist nonsense so expect the US market to go down by more than 20% during the next recession.
