Binary event = gambling. Hard to dispute that. The EU is starting to recognize this and has begun to call a spade a spade. There is no way to regulate the so called "prediction markets" because insider info and manipulation is so easy.

Kalshi and Polymakret would naturally evolve into more widely acceptable products and introduce their gambler customer base to legitimate global marketplaces.
