    China's military test-fired a missile from a nuclear submarine into the Pacific on Monday (Jul 6), state media reported, drawing criticism and concerns from Japan, Australia and New Zealand. A nuclear submarine of the People's Liberation Army Navy launched the missile carrying a dummy warhead toward international waters in the Pacific at 12.01pm, China's official Xinhua news agency said. The missile landed in "designated waters", it added, without giving further details of the location.Xinhua described the launch as a "routine arrangement" of China's annual military training and said it was not directed against any ... 1,054 USA bomb tests = its ok its fine. But 45 Chinese tests = we should be scared /panic. And China never flew a flag over London, Paris, or DC—the West carved up 84% of the planet. You're not scared of China. You're projecting.

It's in context to the signing of military alliance between Fiji and Australia. It's not about "testing", it's about "timing". I'm not entering a debate about the rights or wrongs or tests or projections. China may feel boxed in, and I understand this and have some sympathies to their position, but a sovereign nation has agreed to sign an agreement with another sovereign nation and China's response has been to fire a missile from a nuclear submarine. Facts.
