The LBMA/WGC Sustainability & Responsible Sourcing Summit (17-19 June) may be over, but the ideas are still percolating. As one of the organisers of the Summit, it’s hard not to be a bit biased. But the calibre of panellists and topics across the sourcing landscape prompted healthy discussion around a range of challenging topics. Discussions ranged from sourcing amid geopolitical flux to promoting better alignment and implementation across industry standards, to technological solutions that support due diligence processes.
