His comments did not move the price much at all.

I thought so too, but the timing is off.

2:50 CST, the end of day algos now kick on (take a look at volumes for the various futures contracts on a 1-minute chart).

His comments hit the site (see the above tweet time)...but nothing really happens. We can assume he said this stuff a minute or two before the tweet, but not 6 before.

Then, at 2:59 CST, (likely closer to 2:59:45 as it really was only the last 20 seconds or so) the closing algos sold the /nq hard (160+ pts in /nq)......then immediately after the bell, buying rallied everything back nearly 100 pts).

Tape action is high on my list as I scalp futures, so I was watching closely. The last two days have seen sizable /nq (1% rallies) kicked off by the 2:50 timestamp and extending right up on the close (and thereafter). Today, it was a sell off. Go figure.
