Well for sure but now check the wording for the money aspect especially. It's an "investment fund" with other parties as contributors for the $300B allegedly.

Yeah , the carrot and stick incentive ; there is however bigger issues than financial rewards at stake. This is probably the biggest geopolitical play globally for a generation , the outcome of this will determine direction for generations , hence I think this is early doors for the diplomatic process .

This is true. How both sides approach this will be crucial because the deal is already built on fragile ground and neither side truly trust each other like you stated.
