Pete’s right , it won’t stop higher energy prices , that’s already a foregone conclusion.

Inflation will spike with the dwindling US oil reserves and the Fed will find itself in a quandary ; a quagmire of its own making if it tightens or stays sidelined .

It’s also absurd to not include energy and food in the CPI calculations considering it’s the defining factor in most families monthly bills outside of mortgage payments .
