Bessent is the one that has disappointed me the most. I expected little from the political sycophants like Vance and Rubio or the Fox content creators like Hegseth, but Bessent brought some credibility into the space. From accounts he still has Trump’s ear and is the relative adult in the room, but as mentioned, that’s relative.
It’s obvious there is no management of Trump like in his first term…….
My stomach turns when I listen to Bessent espouse views that given his background he cannot possibly believe.
