    The Conference Board Consumer Confidence Index® dipped 0.7 points to 93.1 (1985=100) in May, down from an upwardly revised 93.8 in April. The Present Situation Index—based on consumers' assessment of current business and labor market conditions—retreated by 3.2 points to 121.2. The Expectations Index—based on consumers' short-term outlook for income, business, and labor market conditions—rose by 1.0 points to 74.4. FF didn't post the April revision apparently. I was trying to figure out the headline vs. number.

/nq 30020 though.....oil doesn't care about headlines (negative headlines) and equities have been saying the war is done despite all the weekend rhetoric. VIX is on its face....in the mud....and no longer breathing.

What will it take to derail the AI rally?

Update: FF has now changed the April revision on the site (in case people were wondering what I was talking aboug)

We might see a correction of NQ around the round level of 30,000. We'll see.

Around 30,000........so......like 36,000? Is that still considered "around" 30,000?

I am joking, of course, but the /nq is now 31% off the March lows....and climbing.
