    European Union officials said Friday that Europeans can expect oil and gas prices to remain above what they were before the Iran war for at least until the end of 2027, with prices of other goods also following an upward trajectory. EU Economy Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis said that higher energy prices are primarily responsible for driving inflation to a forecast 3.1 per cent for this year and 2.4 per cent for 2027. That’s significantly higher than the earlier forecast for this year of 1.9 per cent. “We expect that this energy inflation will gradually also trickle down to different sectors of the economy,” ... Interestingly, prices rose immediately when the Strait of Hormuz was closed, but now that it's about to reopen, they're not coming down right away. This is blatant profit maximization and a rip-off of the public. You'll all be paying the price from us.

Above all, they make it look as if it's economically normal for the price not to cool down so quickly. But it can rise again on the same day.

I haven't seen any price negotiations yet, but I've clearly seen He69 and others similar to those who are bidding.

I haven't seen any instances of price gouging, but I've clearly and frequently seen HE69 and similar individuals having to pay a price.

Even if it opens now, it will take several months—or rather, years—before reserves are replenished and standard supply levels are restored. And that’s not even mentioning infrastructure repairs.
There are a limited number of tankers and none are parked in the car park.

When oil prices goes up, immediately gas stations will increase their prices - however, when prices drop, it takes weeks or months before they reduce prices!

The energy system is corrupt to its core and its managed and owned by the usual suspects, the merchants of slavery and usury!

They had to close down wells, and you can close them down relatively quickly but it can take months or years to open them back up. Shipping may also have been disrupted for a long time, as ship companies scaled down, and again it's faster to fire and scale down then to hire and train and scale back up, etc...
