Yeah, China, a country that invests in every country in the world, sells to every country in the world, but tries hard to restrict others from tapping into their market.

Thts the one point i stand on Y China will fall to get control of the world like the US has, China runs a trade saplus the US a trade deficit lets look at how the all world is moving right now just from bricks India wants to run a trade saplus to, Brazil, South Africa, Iran and the rest of the members non of them is willing to run a trade deficit the one Thing The US took upon and some parts of the EU and on top of tht they all want to balance there balance of payments using there own currencies now let's add The rest of Africa all are racing for the same journey, trade saplus, capital controls and balance of payment tht balance in there own currency and here is the theory behind running a saplus for a country to run a saplus it has to must of the time make its currency weak so that it exports more thts wat Japan and China do tht sets to the question were 90% runs saplus who is the buyer and the buyer wins in tht kind of system not the seller, most people say that China will eventually turn to a trade deficit but one factor they seems to forget un like the US were there is a percentage of tht live life without fear of spending and the way the US system is built it's all about spending , the economy of China is built on production tht even if it disides to take a deficit journey the production it has cannt be out performed by outside goods and that leads to one thing deflation coz supply would be very high compared to the populations wic can introduce stagflation and a decline in both GDP growth now imagine if the all world takes to tht path trade war would have to erupt due to capital controls, there would be slow growth since everybody is a producer and since the balance of payment is balanced in many different currencies there would be currency manipulation far greater than wat is regulated now

    The world is going through a period of great uncertainty. As a central bank, we have to accept this as it is - and deal with the uncertainty. The past 25 years have seen several phases of great uncertainty. Nevertheless, the SNB has achieved its objective of price stability. The Swiss economy has also developed favourably overall. We were able to do so because three prerequisites for our work were met. The first is our institutional framework and, in particular, the independence of the SNB. Independence means that in conducting our monetary policy, we must not take instructions from the government, parliament or anybody else. Legislators gave us this independence for good reason, because an independent central bank is best able to fulfil its mandate. The counterbalance to independence is accountability, and the SNB reports comprehensively on how it fulfils its tasks. The second is our monetary policy strategy, which defines our long-term frame of reference. Our definition of price stability and the conditional inflation forecast form the core of this strategy. The conditional inflation forecast is our main indicator for monetary policy. It tells us whether price stability is being met in the medium term, and shows whether there will be a need for action in the future. It is therefore at the heart of our communications. Third, the contribution made by our employees is also central to the success of our monetary policy.
