The regime isn't paying its civil servants. Nobody is getting paid. Iranian people are agitated and stressed. The regime has noticed the only way it may continue its miserable existence is through negotiations with US and hoping they score some extra points. US shouldn't give them an inch since the mofo's are on their last leg.

Head of the Parliament’s Development Commission:

1. The passage of any vessel or cargo belonging to or linked with the Israeli regime is absolutely prohibited through the Strait of Hormuz.

2. The passage of vessels belonging to hostile countries, as determined by relevant authorities, is prohibited.

3. The passage of vessels or cargo from countries that take hostile actions against the Resistance front is prohibited.

4. Other vessels are allowed to transit only upon obtaining authorization and paying fees for “guidance, monitoring, and security provision.”

5. All fees must be paid in Iran’s national currency (rial).

6. Any country that has participated in the imposed war must first pay compensation for damages, after which it may be granted passage.

7. Any country, entity, or individual that imposes unilateral sanctions against Iran or undertakes hostile actions will be banned from transiting the Strait of Hormuz.

8. The passage of vessels from any country that uses fabricated names instead of “Persian Gulf” in official documents or statements is prohibited.

9. Financial revenues collected from these fees will be allocated to three areas:

Strengthening national defense and supporting armed forces’ livelihoods

Reconstruction and development of national infrastructure

Supporting the livelihood of the population

10. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in seizure of the violating vessel, fines, and confiscation of 20% of its cargo value.
