Ukraine is different situation. Russia was saying for years that they don't like the eastward expansion by the West/NATO and wanted to talk about it and the west/NATO didn't care so Russia said enough and went in, hoping for the West to be reasonable and start listening to their concerns.
But the West/NATO continue not caring and that's why we are where we are.
You may need to check what happen in UA in 2014. "Grassroot revolution" they claim, yeah, right. And that's why there's this Vic. Nuland recording of her picking who is gonna be in the new government before Yanukovic was even removed? How does that work? Where did she got that power? Is she ukrainian? Smells like coup to me.. They also forgot to tell you what Kiev did to the east that made them resist and start fighting for their safety and freedom..
So the West just used UA as a pawn to get Russia attack and then claim "victims". If they wouldn't bite, there would be some false flag at some point and UA/The West would claim Russia attacked anyway.. So, standard West arogance and thinking they can get away with it.
