The hate towards the USA is because of their intervention in Iran's democracy in 1953, operation Ajax, American intelligence and british assets overthrew a democratically elected president, after he wanted to nationalize oil.

I would hate a country that after a democratic election (the USA is supposed to be the epitome of democracy) introduces a dictator to just take control of oil back.

War in the Middle East (morning 13.04.26): double blockade of the Strait of Hormuz…

Trump declared a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. According to him, ships that paid Iran $2 million each will no longer be able to sail through it peacefully. And also those that loaded Iranian oil.

Everyone understands that this is the hysteria of failed Christian Zionists led by Trump. But only the troops can oppose. And the biggest test for the White House will be the blockade of Iranian exports to China. And Trump will have to show his determination in the coming days, because yesterday, Chinese Defense Minister Admiral Dong Jun, apparently addressing (and challenging) the Americans, said literally the following:

“Our ships are sailing in and out of the waters of the Strait of Hormuz. We have trade and energy agreements with Iran. We will respect and fulfill them, and we expect others not to interfere in our affairs.”

And it is obvious that the first detained Iranian (or Chinese) ship heading to China with Iranian oil will result in retaliatory measures against the US. Which will very soon unleash another US-China trade war. Which it is also obvious that Washington will lose.

Thus, an attempt to “raise the stakes in the game” with Iran can end for Washington either in defeat or in further humiliation. Or both at once.
