15 a day for how long? I suspect it might take a half a year to get back to half capacity even if everything goes smoothly. And you have to wonder how excited the ships outside the Strait are to go back into the box. Iran would be foolish to open up too quickly. Their power over the US is amply demonstrated by Netanyahu's recent caving to their demands. This is actually probably the first time Israel has ever caved to Iran's demands.

Iran is not trying to fully close the strait.
It is trying to control it just enough to:

keep world markets unstable,

force diplomatic concessions in its favour,

and maintain a credible threat of escalation.

This “partial chokehold” is more useful to Iran than an all‑out blockade.

Pressure on energy prices is Iran's leverage, if it opens everything and let prices fall it will be bombed back to the stone age as soon as its leverage is over - murika have never ever honored any deal, including with China and Russia - therefore Iran will use that historical knowledge to create a bullet-proof structured agreement.

drumpf and satanyaho is the reason Iran have become a super power! only clowns full of hubris would commit such foolish mistake - all the while under the cover of negotiations - I imagine behind closed doors, Iran is receiving support from unthinkable countries in Asia!
