At this point I think it is likely that tariff and sanction relief negotiations create opportunities for Trump to get a cut on a personal crypto or bank account somewhere....that is why he is keen on implementing tariffs and sanctions to negotiate their relief afterwards with shady side deals. The more corrupt the a country for a possible sanctions relief is, the better for him. Russia and Iran are almost perfect targets for such a game. Who would actually stop him doing so?

Nothing to do with the 60 percent enriched uranium that only takes 10-20 days to be further enriched to nuclear grade 90 percent?

Nothing to do with Iran refusing IAEA inspections and holding over 400kgs of 60 percent enriched uranium, enough for 10 nuclear bombs once enriched to 90 percent?
