Import prices in February 2026 were 2.3% lower than in February 2025. In January 2026 and December 2025, the year-on-year change was also -2.3%. As the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) further reports, import prices rose by 0.3% in February 2026 compared to the previous month of January 2026.Export prices in February 2026 were 0.1% lower than in February 2025. In January 2026, prices were 0.2% higher than in January 2025, while in December 2025 they remained unchanged compared to the same month of the previous year (0.0%).
