Stagflation? We're in dragflation. Economic activity slowing down while prices continue to rise. Stagflation means economic activity remains normal, which isn't the case, therefore we're in dragflation.

Major central banks like the Fed and ECB are just waiting for a reason to continue cutting rates. Hiking rates is not an option anymore in their eyes.
