Gold steady as investors weigh Mideast risks ahead of Fed decision
Gold prices held steady on Wednesday as investors stayed on the sidelines, assessing the economic impact of the Middle East conflict ahead of the U.S. Federal Reserve's policy decision. Spot gold edged up 0.1% at $5,008.58 per ounce as of 0629 GMT. U.S. gold futures for April delivery rose 0.1% to $5,012.60.
