you can't get expected results negotiating with iran, for shiism invented taqiya (concealing true intention), and they are driven by ideology - that america is the eternal enemy and israel must be utterly destroyed, and jewish people must be driven out of the levant. but we can't blame them because this is what seems to be wrong, outdated and no longer relevant early islamic worldview tells them. so be wary when they show pragmatism.

i'm not a warmonger, but the only effective solution to iran's nuclear ambition is to take it down by force. regime change is a bonus. now that it's been set in motion, trump has to see it to the end, and here lies the biggest problem. he's broken his campaign promise not to wage war, and it's hugely unpopular with the voters, and not authorized by congress, so it's unconstitutional. but that's just politics. to wipe out the vilayat i-fakih, he needs boots on ground, which is prob gonna be provided by the (angry because iran attacked them) arab coalition
