    President Donald Trump on Saturday said he would increase global tariffs to 15% from 10%, one day after the Supreme Court struck down his “reciprocal” tariffs. Trump campaigned on raising prices, and people distressed with high prices voted for him, because they're too stupid to know what "tariff" means. His supporters are the personification of a snake eating its tail.
