    In December 2025, production declined sharply in the manufacturing sector (-0.8% after +0.5% in November). It also declined in industry as a whole (-0.7% after +0.1% in November 2025). In December 2025*, production fell sharply in the manufacture of transport equipment (-9.9% after +3.8%), particularly in other transport equipment (-15.8% after +4.3%), and more specifically in aerospace manufacturing, where the significant decline in December offset the increases of the previous three months. Now we wait to see what happens from the EUs ridiculous trade deal with India, which basically removed almost all tariffs that were in place to protect what industry they have left.
