Therefore, the question “what will poor India buy?” is less an economic argument and more a stereotype. Modern trade has long moved beyond wine and cheese and is built on technology, services, and long-term strategic interests.

The US does not need trade with the rest of the world as much as the rest of the world needs trade with the US. We can be completely self sufficient. EU is in a downward spiral and they don't know it yet. Not enough births and importing the 3rd world will cause a culture shift.

The EU is a parasitic group. They pontificated about 'war' with Russia, but what they wanted was the US to come and bail them out AGAIN.

As far as trade with India, India will never absorb the EUs finished product.

Global trade is OK. Globalism from the left ideology only leads to dependence for most nations.

The entire last 75 years have been, 'how much $$$ can suck from the US to prop up our socialism.
