Meaning - Trump had a moment of forgetfulness and lost the password to Truth when he directed the DOJ.

When he found the password a few minutes later he looked on Truth and found he hadn't recorded it there.

He could only conclude that he had nothing to do with any Fed investigation.

So ashamed that he was not the instigator, he lashes out that the Fed is independent and that is why he had nothing to do with it.
