Ah, so THAT is why the prices froze last night? Interesting. I guess it could have happened at a worse time. In fact, does anyone else find it odd that the issue basically occurred at probably the lowest liquidity period of the year? Maybe the time right around Christmas would be lighter, but...fortunate or conspiratorial?

Either way, referencing the article's jocular tweet referencing silver, the issue has not seemed to deter traders from sending that product sky high!

the timing is suspect. thought it would be bad for hyperscalers and nukes in short term but opened well. Might be short term pain but remember crowdstrike? Perhaps a test run for something bigger. In the world we live in, its hard to take anything at face value.
