For those waiting, the additional framework elements have just been released.
Among the previously mentioned 28-point framework, the additional amendments will include:
Vladimir Putin will have a high-rise penthouse in each country bordering ‘The Ukraine’, and have separate suites connecting to Trump. This will last in perpetuity following the final signing of the capitulation ‘agreement’.
President Trump shall retain all property rights west of the Dnipro River, with a 20 year first right of refusal to place Trump hotels on shoreline property on both sides of the waterway.
The oligarchs of both leaders will have unhindered access to mineral wealth deposits in all areas formerly contested by both sides, to be settled at a time of their choosing. This includes the once-contracted Rare Earth ore fields in the eastern Donbas.
A ‘Trump Rivera’ will be constructed free of taxation for the owners of said land, which will be taken as a minimal tax haven, to be paid for by former serfs land owners of property east of the Dnipro oblast.
This agreement shall be made, in force, on 28 November 2025, at 12:01a.m., local time. Anyone who dares to contest such agreement shall be dealt with per usual KGB and ICE protocol.
