They make it sound like refunds would be so complicated.

There is this thing called bookkeeping software. Everything is recorded by both the business and Treasury. Wanna know how much has been paid pursuant to some tax? Just access the report.

In Australia you just access the GST (Australia's goods and sales tax, payable by business) report in MYOB. Punch in the date and hit enter.

People talk such nonsense.
