German import prices in September 2025: -1.0% on September 2024
Import prices were 1.0% lower in September 2025 than in September 2024. Compared with the same month a year earlier, the rate of change was -1.5% in August 2025, and -1.4% in July. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that import prices in September 2025 rose by 0.2% on August 2025. Export prices were 0.6% higher in September 2025 than in September 2024.
