...so far anyway...this is still a "buy the rumor, sell the news" event as far as I am concerned. Big tech names blowing away earnings today and tanking (MSFT, but mostly META) is enough to start scratching one's head. Unless they pull a "TSLA" or "IBM" tomorrow, it'll be interesting.

This market surprises me everyday with its unstoppable power. I’ve traded for decades and this thing is just ridiculously strong. We may have lost the Dec rate cut and as you said, Meta down, Softie down a bit, but Goog is up nicely. We went up 400 SPX points almost vertical after the Trump tweet. But we can’t even have a tiny pullback. People are desperate to buy at any price for any reason.

It’s clear we are in a Teflon market that can’t be hurt. So the only way to stop it is crash it, but I don’t see that happening anytime soon.

What are you doing with your gold position. I called the top and I’m not longer excited about it. Expecting range bound bouncing around.

Looks like the Xi meeting is 10pm eastern time, so I guess we get an answer about 2am eastern. Only 6 hours left until the greatest president in history pumps up the greatest bull market of all time lol.
