I would kind of disagree with you. You would ask me "Why?".
Well then I have i question for you: Why U.K. rejected the Norwegian model? Why the same people (who in your opinion criticize brexit) do not want to implement the Norwegian model of political and economical relations with EU? I think Norway has already rejected two times EU membership by referendum, but Norway is in a very good place being EFTA and EEA member.

Excuse me if I am wrong, but I think U.K. totally rejected any possibility of becoming a EEA and EFTA member. Norway take advantage of being that because this way Norway is not obligated to follow every single EU directive while still have almost 100% EU membership rights.

EDIT: This rights can be easily negotiated and for U.K. would be much easier to do that if U.K. is EEA and EFTA member. That is absolutely something to consider in the future.

You are not comparing like for like. Norway has a population less than one tenth of the UK but a GDP of about a fifth - helped massively by the huge oil reserves in the North Sea.
You are correct that the UK did not adopt the EFTA or EEA membership. It was often said that had the EU remained as the EEC and not been hell bent on fiscal and political control then the UK would probably still be a member. By being a EFTA member the EU expects compliance with and be subservient to Brussels regulation. In addition it also would prevent the UK for negotiating any trade deal for it's own interests/benefit, but I refer back to my previous point that the UK would be in a far better position had the whole country worked collectively and not been obstructed at every turn by primarily civil servants.

I know. Unity is always the best option and almost always leads to success. But again the same goes for the EU.

I have been into this kind of thoughts too. Anyway, my guess is there is not enough expertise and knowledge among the management of the relations between the members in addition to the percentage of corruption. I think many of the international projects are based on a "try and fail" model rather than previous experiences and knowledge. but I can assure you this problem is everywhere in Europe because project are being financed on a wrong basis and with wrong resources management. Wrong resources management leads to blown up budgets, to failed projects and eventually to poverty. Fortunately that is not always the case, but still more often than not.

The EU isn't perfect, far from it, but the UK on it's own (and mind you that much of the crap that happened in the EU was the fault of the UK's pressure while they were still there) become the most dystopian nightmarish failed country on Earth.
If they hadn't left, the EU would probably be the same level of shit by now.

And if you're from the UK be mindful of what you reply to me or i will report you and you go to jail for having opinions and thoughts. And don't for a moment think I'm joking.

Other countries are now seeing the light for the socialist agenda that the EU are pushing - they now want to itemise (and in some cases tax) every asset that you own including art, watches and jewellery etc. I was in Paris last week and there were numerous protest by the Louvre for Frexit.

Well its a bit like the business structure known as a partnership. Theoretically they are doomed due to joint profit against individual cost of effort. The conditions for a stable Nash equilibrium are complicated.

In practice, they can and do work, but often fail miserably due to endless squabbling and disagreements.

Socialism plus open borders means the eventual destruction of the country. There are several current examples of that happening right now. Many EU and UK citizens have decent lives, but when you let in countless people with no real hope of getting jobs and having to live off the state, what does the math of that situation tell you? Every year it will get worse because no one has any intention of doing anything about it.

Pro tip: Socialism is an economic model in which workers own the means of production, that is the defining characteristic of socialism. If you don't have the vast majority of people working for companies they co-own, you don't have socialism. Please stop calling a fascist welfare state socialism. It ain't.
