Meanwhile, new polling shows an increasing share of the American public believes the economy is on the wrong track. It's a war on the middle class. Too many people moved up the ranks. The aim is to push them back down by making them poor through inflation and relegating them to low-end jobs. Someone needs to take on those emigrant jobs.
We can't predict how the economy will perform going forward, but one thing is for sure. Inflation will accelerate rapidly, and that means gold will continue reaching new highs.

Germany has signed and ratified the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms which is exceptionally broad; Article 10 provides for freedom of expression.

There are other instruments like the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights which provides for freedom of expression and opinion.

In Australia we also have freedoms conferred by legislation, and the Common Law (which continental Europe doesn't have) including such things as freedom of the press. There is much more, but that'll do for now.

So whenever someone from the USA says something like "Not a single country in the world actually has free speech except America" it isn't that they are deliberately lying, it is just that the US is notoriously drenched with propaganda, taught even from a young age at school.

Anyway, it only covers speech protected by the first amendment ("Congress shall make no law,..abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press") which I would contend is actually much more narrow in some respects than the protections afforded to many people in other countries. The SOTUS has likewise restricted its reach in certain situations, knowing that it can be a notoriously political court at times.

Incidentally, also note the use of "America". I do it too from time to time, but it is lazy and technically incorrect. It is the US of America. Because America is more than just the USA. Like, say, South America.

I'm sure that in years past you were careful to delineate between East and West Germany.

Government in charge of things, running things, making decisions about what you can can’t say (look up hate speech laws, most all socialist countries have them) is literally the opposite of freedom. Americans who love freedom, really love it, and they accept the negatives that go along with it and are willing to deal with them.

It’s honestly very hard to explain to non Americans, but anyone living in a socialist country will never understand how freedom loving Americans think and feel. Most all know Trump is a blowhard that says dumb things, but all politicians lie, that’s the job. Just because some politicians lie politely doesn’t mean they are working towards a good goal.

The far left created Trump by wanting open borders and allowing crime to go unpunished, not to mention indoctrination of children in schools with very radical ideas.

here are a few fun facts, the USA ranks very low worldwide on the freedom scale, as did prewar Nazi Germany, it has the biggest economic divide between the 1% filthy rich and the 99% pathetically poor. As for Trump, well he's been a douchebag all his life, he's got the lowest approval rating of any president. I’m from germany, not UK. And through our brilliant german intellect, we are capable to understand that your rights end where the other persons rights start.
