Trucks” made in other parts of the World. Therefore, our Great Large Truck Company Manufacturers, such as Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, Mack Trucks, and others, will be protected from the onslaught of outside interruptions. We need our Truckers to be financially healthy and strong, for many reasons, but above all else, for National Security purposes![/truth_social_post]

We will be imposing a 50% Tariff on all Kitchen Cabinets, Bathroom Vanities, and associated products, starting October 1st, 2025. Additionally, we will be charging a 30% Tariff on Upholstered Furniture. The reason for this is the large scale “FLOODING” of these products into the United States by other outside Countries. It is a very unfair practice, but we must protect, for National Security and other reasons, our Manufacturing process. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

“Still making comments”. We are early days into this new economic/social program. Besides Executive orders that aren’t worth the ink and trade agreements that are still being inked we need to see implementation.
Undoubtedly, the future trajection of the US and by extension the world has been altered, but there’s quite a few miles to reach the destination you appear to have comfortably found.

The absolute crap people buy in cabinets, vanities, and furniture from most stores isn’t worth buying. You can hire a local carpenter to build you exactly what you want, that’s actually quality and well made. Plenty of good US made furniture. Those prices are completely unaffected by this. No reason to buy Chinese made trash.
