AUDNZD is looking tasty

I've been long AUD for some times too, although the recent Services and Manufacturing PMI came in lower compared to previous one. I still think there's some upside for this currency if we look at how inflation been rising

haha - me too. But i have faith we'll see April bottoms again in the next 6-12 months, so I'm happy to wait.

I’m long AUD

Their cry me a river for Palestine is killing housing supply for the poor locals (both buy and rent). Majority of whom (the locals), support the process of democracy. No matter how bad it is. Many of the migrants they import from that area of the world are not compatible with their own values of peace, stability, respect and tolerance. That only means one thing. Conflict. Just like you see in those ass ends of the earth in which these imports derive from.

This is quite clear with the present civil unrest going on in the land down under. Next is the glory hole fool, who thinks strapping a bomb to themselves and blowing up as many innocent people as possible is going to earn them an endless supply of pussy in their afterlife. That will really hit home when that happens. Question is not if, but when on this current trajectory.

Food prices are utterly ridiculous, and getting worse. Their net zero rubbish is to blame. One of the largest resource rich nations in the world yet they pay the highest prices for them. They also have zero ability to process these minerals because their windmills and batteries can't even given them enough power to turn the smelter's lights on, let alone the high energy demands of processing copper, lithium, iron, aluminum. All of the minerals that are needed to make their foolish pipe dreams a reality.

They really only ever needed to do something productive from the start. Like I don't know. Something achievable and will actually help the cause. Like putting a solar panel and solar hot water service on every exposed rooftop in the country. That will certainly, help. Instead, when you look over a populated area you will very quickly see that solar uptake is actually extremely low.... Simple things are being overlooked and they think going balls deep without getting the bitch tested first is the way forward.


Alcohol and tobacco going up shows they are hurting. And what do the asshats do? Plunder them with increased taxes.

The illegal tobacco trade is also rife. The fact they are still up 12% despite the drop in demand also confirms that the locals are indeed doing it very tough.




This will put a dent in the monetary policy easing. I won't be surprised if inflation keeps ticking up. Boots on ground has changed very little. Prices are, still, out of control.

AUD becomes XAU proxy due to the abundance of gold production in the country.

Fuel, alcohold and tobacco, housing all directly influenced by Govt tax policy. Hitting the middle class for their own policies and then denying an interest rate due to inflation. Lunacy.

AUD is second only to China in Gold Production.
