This deal does not need any signature; the US will apply 15% tariff to EU goods from today and EU will 0% to the US goods. And later it can be signed but tariffs will be applied by the US immediately, this is totally depends on the action of the US, not EU. However, I agree that the investment from EU will need some signatures and EU parliament approvals.
