German inflation rate at +2.0% in June 2025
The inflation rate in Germany, measured as the year-on-year change in the consumer price index (CPI), stood at +2.0% in June 2025. This was the lowest rate since October 2024 (also +2.0%). The inflation rate was +2.1% in both May and April 2025. "The rate of inflation eased again slightly in June and reached the lowest level registered in the first half of the year.
