Europe at the brink of recession, strong inflation, biggest war since WWII, housing and food costs on the rise... and the thing these finance elites find relevant to discuss is "global warming".
Makes them feel they are doing something useful with their idle lives.

But for those people interested in what is really going on and of importance, Greenland Snow mass continues to expand even as we just passed longest day of year. Greenland believed to be where last glaciation got started. Cyclical Grand Solar Minimum continues to intensify. Snow also continues to fall in northern hemisphere higher elevations which now have not had a spring.

As much faith as we lack in our appointed officials, do understand that these talks hopefully will cultivate sectors that will be potentially be drivers of our economy in the near future. Global warming is an important topic but if we can address the health of our planet and the economy at the same time, why wouldn't we?
On a side note, corruption is corruption but these talks are not geared in the wrong direction.
