Not paying the debt is unconstitutional. The debt was already legally voted on by congress.
Any new budget is a totally separate issue. The constitution even states "shall not to be questioned." Questioning the debt is in defiance of any congressman's oath. The guys who ran up the credit card debt, now refuse to pay. I should try this with Visa or my house note.
