I concur people... The optimal times for piling up gold.. even if you dont (trade) win it, you win it
Optimal times for trading gold, why, because... we are in a BUY... So, the worst it can happen is that you are "stuck" with it...
Shorting is much trickier... Buy have many advantages... Countries piling up, BRICS in particularly flirting with the gold standard... and some have a good reason and options... some countries could seriously back their money supply, more than half of their M0 Money supply... I would bet that they are looking to back all of the M1 even, if not even M2... So to make it short.. all things are favourable.. EXCEPT.... I would be careful at trading it against USD because it seems stronger of the EURUSD pair for the next 3m... at least to me... so I am flirting/exploring of trading against (BUY of course) the EUR

Some experts say, that in relative terms, gold is still rather cheap... all things considered.

US-China trade war tensions could keep continues for yellow metals demand and Gold prices trade above six years high today.

Now, we should focus on currency war after PBoC's statement regarding Yuan news. USDCNY shall continue soared and made a $7.0865 range today after last week's Trump's tweet regarding more tariff hike for Chinese products.

Gold futures, December contract traded $1486.50 range after US open and traders would continue buy Gold as a safe haven demands.

On the other side, we have been seeing Dow 30 Futures profit booking after yesterday's sharp falls. US Dollar Index futures, September contract traded $97.500 range and we should expect profit booking after continuous slip for the last four sessions.

Now, we hope that it's turn for safe heaven demands, and expectation of profit booking will come very soon.

Pivot point - $1486.50 - $1488.00 range
