I use Solar VPS Dynamic Dedicated Server. But during the US session from 22:00 to 0:00 +8GMT, my connection to it becomes pretty sluggish. Other than the connection speed issue, the server is pretty reliable.

Is there any way to draw circles or arcs that anchors the center from a point to any other point on the chart on MT4? The Fibonacci Arc drawing tool only anchors the center from between two points.
