I wanted to post this question out to ya'll. I've traded harmonics profitably for about a year. The problem is I'm pretty busy and I sometimes leave orders in overnight (I trade the H4 charts). I wanted to ask my fellow swing traders, do you watch ...

Very nice pattern here, exceptional confluence with the .886 of XA and the 2.0 ext of AB. Took about 75 ticks of profit with only 37 risked.

Hey all, how do you trail stops on Aggressive C's? Is it the old .382 to BE? I usually wait for .618 on Agg C's to trail but just wanted to see what others do.

Based on some primitive statistics, the prob of winning is about 60% on Agg. C's (with human error closer to 50%) the probability of 3 losses is: .50 x .50 x .50= 12.5% chance of 3 losses in a row. Rare but normal statistical drawdowns. Stick in ...

Mr. Pip, First off great thread, I've been trading FX for 2 years (equities before that) and the only profitable way I've found is harmonics/PA. You're patterns are sweet and those Microsoft word documents that outline them are extremely helpful. I ...

First of all I agree with you as far as believing in the wrong thing will get you nowhere. But what you have to understand (in regards to S/R etc...) is that everyone is looking at it, waiting for it, it usually is broken BECAUSE the dumb money is ...

Well LeanLow I think of it this way if I have a 50% chance of winning my chances of a streak of wins goes down every win I get so after 2-3 wins I just stop, since winning streaks happen frequently with trading (if done right) I might as well make ...

Fully agree, its up to the person. Profit targets help me treat it like a business, I go in get my money and call it a day. But some just like timed trading (New York Session or 8 AM-10 AM or 2 PM -4 PM) whatever suits the trader is best.

Just so ya'll know this forum is showing results that are not real, they are all theory and I don't gurantee anything, thanks for all your support but this thread is strictly for showing you the formula. I don't make any gurantee that it works.

That is a simple way to do it. But this method is so nice because it is stress free. I know that my GGV (Max D x 2) will only be reached one time in 800 trades. Considering that takes about 2-3 years you will only reach GGV 1 time in 2-3 years ...

Your thinking of 2% of account balance. I mean a 2% probability of getting x number of losing trades in a row. Since your average is say 25 pips and 5 trades in the 40% scenario then that comes to 125 pips. Get what I'm saying? It doesn't matter % ...

Seriously though many methods can win 65% of the time. For instance have you ever thought of just trading fibonacci crossing a trendline? That method is simple and works 65% of the time. The beauty about this money management system is that it ...
