My OANDA is down too -- again. Seems like every other day these days. You can contact customer service, and (after waiting on hold for an hour), they will restore your ability to log in.

When OANDA does go down, they normally only shut their systems down at market extremes -- you are generally safe at other times.

Something important must be about to happen. That's when OANDA usually shuts down their clients' access to their servers.
