I disagree. The U.S. economy fuels the stock market, not a chart. The economy is in great shape. Yes, we will see it slow down and maybe even drop, but assuming the worst when times are good?

Before I took time off from trading, I was doing about 3-4 trades per week. Assuming I win 50% and risk 2.5% to make 5% (1:2 R/R), I’d assume that’s good numbers to go on. Drawdown of 25%.

When I traded H4, it was 1:2. But I’m seeing if I’m ok to wait 2-3 days for ny TP to be hit, trading a 1:4 is reasonable.
