I have made a study of the information from Sam Seiden and the forums about S/D on FF but still I am curious how do you look on a normal trading day at the market. Where do you begin?

Did you take both circles or only the second retracement (the first circle is only a breakout)? Is a s / d zone on 5 min just as good as on on (for example) 1 hour?
